The Audit Group Practice team is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the audit projects and delivery of quality reporting to our stakeholders. Decisions and insights presented need to be supported with accurate and timely data. Establishing a reporting cycle, data quality assurance, and a rhythm of business are critical to this function. We are looking for an Business Analyst Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for all data management functions and aspects of the Microsoft Audit Group reporting applications, including driving and supporting the business operations/data management. This includes ensuring the integrity, security, quality, and support of the tools. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage their own resources to identify and implement cost effective changes to existing systems/processes, as well as collaborate with stakeholders and other groups to deliver solutions within tight timeframes. Manage business operations of TeamMate, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Dynamics from data validation to reporting cycles to access management Establish and support rhythm of business activities related to Audit Committee reporting, including audit planning cycle and metrics Understand the various dependencies and relationships across audit applications Ensure integrity of all processes and data in audit related applications (including TeamMate, Dynamics, SharePoint) Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements Implement queries, metrics, and canned reports using SQL and/or PowerBI
• 5-7 years relevant experience required • Strong system and data analysis skills and experience • Passion for technology a must
