Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst within the HR and Recruiting Finance team supporting the Amazon's Worldwide Recruiting and HR line organization. This person will help define key metrics to measure recruiter utilization and productivity, complexity of hire, and HR support staff ratios. The Business Analyst will also perform ad-hoc analyses related to business drivers, demand planning, and costing. The ideal candidate will be excited about using data to understand business performance, develop insights based on their work, and build automation, tools, and reporting to support and drive business performance. Responsibilities include: · Partnering with the recruiting analytics and data team to provide thought leadership into metrics such as recruiter productivity, line ratios, and funnel metrics; · Build and create monthly reporting for the recruiting organization leaders; · Performing adhoc analysis and deep dives to reveal trends, analyze performance, and provide recommendations; · Work
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field · 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role · Advanced Technical or Business degree (MS or MBA) · Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling · Advanced Excel and analytical platforms skills (Tableau) · Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines · Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.
