Do you want to play an instrumental role in bringing leading diversity and inclusion (D and I) strategies to Amazon’s high growth environment? Customer Trust and Partner Support is seeking a Business Analyst to support our Diversity and Inclusion (D and I) program. This person will help define key metrics to measure the impact of D and I initiatives and develop weekly/monthly business level reporting. The business analyst will also lead ad-hoc analyses to identify areas for experimentation, evaluate the efficacy of current programs and inform targeted action plans both at regional and global level. The ideal candidate will be excited about using data to understand business performance, develop insights based on their work and summarize findings for management consumption. In this role, you will: · Work directly with senior management to analyze D and I data and produce tangible insights that guide the D and I roadmap. · Build analytical models, using HR and business intelligence data systems,
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field · 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role · Proficient extracting and processing data using SQL and Excel · Effective verbal and written communications skills. · Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines · Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment. · Advanced technical or business degree (MS or MBA) · 5+ years of relevant
