As a Data Analyst, this is your opportunity to be at the intersection of data, analysis, hiring, and strategy that will make it possible for our teams to fulfill that customer promise every day. In this role, you will own data analytics projects from beginning to end, and will independently build reports, compile metrics, and own ad hoc and trend analysis. You will utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data and drive key recommendations. You will work with Talent Acquisition leadership to achieve business objectives and communicate insights to key stakeholders. You will recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, analysis, validation, and documentation; and drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will provide analytical support for
· 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis · 3+ years of experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Quicksight) · Experience with Perl or other scripting languages · Experience with SQL and manipulating large data sets in a relational databases · Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, array functions, etc.) · Experience using business intelligence reporting tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, SSAS Cubes, etc.) · Bachelor's degree in a technical field· Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical customers ·
