The Alexa Voice Services (AVS) team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst that can develop reporting and analytics used to support the business and drive change. As a Business Analyst for the Alexa team, you will be charged with helping to answer key strategic questions. Examples of what you will own: operational metrics used to shape AVS product decisions and marketing efforts, analysis of customer trends and segmentation, self-service delivery of data used across stakeholder teams, and coordination of the reporting across global teams. To be successful, you will be able to explain the ‘So what?’ and to drive actionable insights.
