The Business Analyst, Automation role is responsible for building data-driven innovation specific to reported abuse complaint automation. · Bachelor's Degree in relevant field · 2+ years of experience using SQL · Superior analytical and problem solving skills · Demonstrated ability to dive deep into complex data structures and turn them into narratives · Ability to support cross group collaboration · Advanced skills using SQL · Machine Learning and Programming skills preferred. · Process improvement experience such as Kaizen, LEAN or Six Sigma.
