You will inform strategy, track performance, and drive excellence. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious as we need to be constantly adapting to changes in our business and up to speed on the latest systems, tools, and techniques for generating actionable insights from data. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work and learn alongside talented Business Intelligence Engineers, Economists, and Data Scientists. Responsibilities include but are not limited to · Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards on the key drivers of our business. ·
· Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, engineering, statistics, or related discipline is required · 5+ years professional experience in retail analytics, business analysis, or comparable analytics position · 5+ years of experience with root cause analysis and process design · Data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel and SQL) · Experience in building and implementing metrics dashboards using business intelligence software (experience with QuickSight preferred) · Experience in data manipulation, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment
