The ideal candidate will be excited about using data to understand and improve the customer experience for Handmade and the category selection. She/he will be curious and comfortable digging deep into data to understand consumption of content and products, identifying insights that will enable us to expand the impact of our business. They will be able to retrieve, integrate, visualize and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to improve the business decision-making process. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as an outstanding business acumen. § BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Finance or related field § 3+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills to integrate in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role § 2-3 years skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools (familiarity with Tableau preferred). § Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required. § Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data. § An ability
