The Canada ACES team is looking for a Business Analyst to help review information and provide insight on key supply chain initiatives. This position will be responsible for conducting an analysis of data and other information, putting together business-oriented recommendations and driving consensus across stakeholder groups. This role will work closely across a broad range of teams, including Supply Chain, Retail, ), and technical teams, in an exciting, fast-paced, and changing environment. The business analyst will present recommendations to the most senior levels of the organization. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen and exceptional written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of different business models and the underlying analytics, and the ability to assimilate new methodologies and data sources. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field · 2+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role · 2+ years of experience conducting analysis and data mining using Excel · Proficient extracting and processing data using SQL · Experience in data visualization platforms · Proven problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills · Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field · 3+
