Position Title: Business Analyst II Location: Seattle, WA Position Responsibilities: Transform manual processes into software utilizing Amazon's workflow design tool. Define key metrics and lead analytics projects to measure impact of Fulfilment By Amazon fee changes on Seller behavior and Amazon financials. Lead report automation projects. Engage with key stakeholders and teams to gain alignment on project charters, implementation plans and success metrics. Educate and communicate with leadership stakeholders and teams regarding project objectives, goals, methodology and success measures, including deep dive protocols and data analysis results. Identify and remove barriers that arise which inhibit project deadlines or other project success outcomes. Evaluate business team projects for local and network, make recommendations, and support implementation. Review, prioritize and categorize global process engineering opportunities
Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Software, Industrial or Quality Assurance Engineer, Program or Product Manager or related occupation. Employer will accept five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and three years of experience.
