The AI+R/E+D/Gaming HR Team is seeking a Group Business Administrator to help provide team support. This position will be supporting a team of roughly 70 HR professionals and will provide calendar management for two senior Directors. The ideal candidate for this role will have a can-do "learn it all" mentality with the ability to execute on a variety of tasks such as calendar management, expense reporting, ordering supplies, managing space and coordinating travel. They must be able to maintain confidentiality, work independently, handle ambiguity with maturity and manage competing priorities with tact.
Ability to look ahead and understand the prioritization of key objectives and help manage the deliverables or priorities Provide proactive support, including core administrative functions such as calendar management, scheduling and coordination of group meetings, planning and coordinating domestic and international travel, submitting expense reports, asset tracking Provide team support, including ordering supplies, managing space, organizing group morale events, and assisting with planning and execution of team off-sites. Qualifications should include: Proficiency with MS tools - HeadTrax/MSS, MS Expense, My Order, MS Approval, MS Travel, etc. In depth knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Windows and the ability to learn new internal systems quickly and become comfortable with new technologies.
