Office Shared Engineering is seeking an experienced Business Admin to support three teams. Your role will be to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support. A successful candidate comes with an ability to effectively manage a high and time sensitive workload with a calm, confident and positive attitude, ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity and have a passion for making managers and organizations great. This position requires someone who has excellent communication skills, possesses the ability to set priorities, handle multiple time critical tasks simultaneously, and run the teams in a structured way.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Ability to look ahead and understand the prioritization of key objectives and help manage the deliverables or priorities Provide proactive support, including core administrative functions such as calendar management, scheduling and coordination of group meetings, planning and coordinating domestic and international travel, submitting expense reports, managing headcount; understanding, tracking and closely monitoring operating budget expenses as well as asset tracking. Qualifications should include: 3+ years of experience supporting a manager in a fast-paced environment. Proactive in anticipating manager's needs and able to work independently to make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the manager. Strong project management and office management skills including budget management, calendaring and understanding of the business to help the decision-making process.
