We are the Partner, Analytics, and essential eXperiences (PAX) Team, a part of the Experiences and Devices (E+D) group. We are an agile, dynamic and fun team with an exciting mission that touches a lot of customers and partners internally and externally. We are responsible for a well-established portfolio of core inbox apps on Windows that reach millions of users every day. We orchestrate the most impactful third-party app experiences (across Windows, Web, Office, Graph, Teams...) by working closely with strategic ISVs. We engineer analytics tools to provide insights to first and third-party developers that can help them improve their experiences. We reach thousands of developers at scale through open-source projects and strategic community events around the world.
Include (but are not limited to): Manage a complex executive calendar and ensure accurate scheduling and organization based on priorities. Work closely with the VP Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to execute policies, business processes and operations. Help coordinate business travel as needed. Execute accurate and timely executive expense reporting. Process POs and contracts accurately and in a timely manner. Negotiate services as needed. Make ongoing updates to team aliases, HeadTrax and team physical space. Ensure that new employees have a positive onboarding experience. Coordinate team
Required Qualifications: 2 -4 years' work experience as an administrative support/assistant Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting one or more managers in a fast-paced administrative assist capacity is preferred Be process-driven, extremely organized, and detail-oriented Have high integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately Able to deal with ambiguity, make independent decisions, be proactive and drive tasks to closure Capable of juggling multiple projects at once, actively track pending items and constantly re-prioritize tasks based on changing business needs
