The MEE team is looking for a Business Administrator, supporting a Partner Director and driving administrative operations. As a Business Administrator you will be a part of a fast-paced organization, working with engineering leaders, a team of administrators and the Chief of Staff to create a positive work environment and inclusive culture. The Business Administrator is the point of contact internally across the team.
Include (but are not limited to): • Manage a complex calendar and ensure accurate scheduling and organization based on priorities. • Work closely with the Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to execute policies, business processes and operations. • Help coordinate business travel as needed. • Execute accurate and timely executive expense reporting. • Process POs and contracts accurately and in a timely manner. • Make ongoing updates to team aliases, HeadTrax and team physical space. • Ensure that new employees have a positive onboarding experience. • Coordinate team events (e.g. all hands, morale
• Minimum of 3-4 years providing high level administrative support. • Positive attitude and high-energy. • Strong experience with Microsoft products and tools including Outlook, HeadTrax, MMS, MSSpace, MSExpense2, MyOrder, MSAuthorize, Informa, SharePoint, ICIMS, OneNote, Word and Excel. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Good project management, time management, judgement and communication skills. • Take on new challenges with a desire to learn. • Work quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Work collaboratively with administrative teammates within and outside the organization
