The Communications and Time Management Group (C+T) within the Experience and Devices Group (E+D) has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Business Administrator. This role is directly reporting to the Partner Director of Engineering for Outlook Shared, Universal, Mac (OSUM) and will support the OSUM team of 160 people. Our team has members in Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, Pune, Bangalore, and Suzhou, so working across geographic boundaries is a critical aspect of the role. You will be joining a passionate and unified team of five Business Support Professionals together supporting the Communications and Time Management Group, which is comprised of 500 people in Redmond alone. The person in this role will also play a key part in building and maintaining internal partnerships across the Communications and Time Management Group and the Experiences and Devices Group. Proactively manage the Partner Director's calendar - make decisions on their behalf based on shifting business priorities to ensure accurate scheduling and appropriate allocation of time. Provide support to manager - planning and coordinating domestic and international travel, reconciling expenses, keeping them informed of changes to business operations processes and policies, act as a trusted advisor, and help with a wide variety of general tasks/projects as requested. Provide team support - open and maintain purchase orders, headcount management, budget management, organize morale events and
2+ years of administrative experience supporting a large team in a fast -paced environment. Demonstrated agility and ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. Willingness to change direction within short time constraints and in relatively ambiguous and complex situations.
