Microsoft Manager Desktop ( MMD ) is an important, new offering where we Microsoft take a more significant role in the deployment and runtime management of our corporate customers' desktop computing platforms while taking responsibility for keeping them up to date and evergreen on Windows, Office 365, Cloud management and Security offerings. It has never been a more exciting time for us to invest in this initiative. We have built out a great set of systems to run and manage Windows as a Service, we have a powerful app compatibility infrastructure in MMD and we have successfully upgraded 700 million+ devices to Windows 10 with great success keeping them up to date along the way. All of this is brought together with a compelling cloud management vision and platform that enables our customers to leverage our core technologies for their digital transformation. Added to all of this is a data-driven engineering approach that enables our customers to have great insight into their device portfolio

Proactively manage the calendar of the General Manager, including scheduling with other Microsoft executives and external customers and partners. Develop time management best practices to help General Manager meet business objectives. Plan and execute on logistics for General Manager and team when travelling. Travel arrangements, expense reporting and be attentive to travel details to insure efficient use of General Manager's time. Morale and team offsite event planning and execution. Create/enhance team culture within and across global teams. Pro-actively participate as a member of the operations
You will bring: A strong administrative skill profile exhibiting high attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, professionalism, creative problem solving and decision making, time management abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness and desire to learn the basics of the outsourcing and managed services businesses. Ability to balance delivery of on-going priorities with unanticipated, time sensitive tasks is a priority.
