The Amazon Canada's Consumables team is seeking a self-driven Brand Specialist candidate to support our Vendor Management team and our vendor partners. Brand Specialists work directly with vendors to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. They play a critical role in managing strategic and established brands to drive profitability and topline performance for their category. The ideal candidate would have the following skills: · Strong oral and written communication · Proven ability to multi-task · Quantitative analytics · Detail Oriented · Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environment The candidate will use customer obsession and analytics to inform creative solutions to drive their business. The Brand Specialist will have the opportunity to engage with multiple internal teams to optimize product line performance for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.ca. They will utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners, such

-BA/BS degree required. - A minimum of 1 experience in one of the following roles: · Quantitative/Financial Analysis · Retail Buying · Retail Planning and Allocation · Product/Project Management · Retail Pricing · Marketing · E-Commerce. -Strong oral and written communication skills -Proven multi-tasking ability -Creating presentations -Excel experience- 3 plus years experience doing one of the following roles: - Retail analyst - Management consulting - Investment banking analyst / associate - Assistant Brand Manager or Assistant Buyer - Experience in SQL, HTML and advanced Excel skills.
