A Benefits Administrator will be a member of a highly collaborative Work and Life team within Global Benefits who provide end to end leave of absence management for US policies and provides customer service support for participants across all US Benefit plans and programs including Financial Wellness, Health and Wellness, and Work/Life benefits.
This position will be responsible for the end to end management of some leave of absence policies and for managing, researching and resolving complex individualized interactions with U.S. employees and their dependents for second tier inquiries for US Benefit plans and programs.
Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and systems, customer focused, and have 3-5 years of related Benefits/HR customer service experience. Bachelor's Degree desired.
