Job Summary Experimentation: The Behavioral Designer will create and execute experiments with our customers to test the impact of interventions. She will work with our client delivery team to identify opportunities to implement experiments and interventions at clients, and with our product teams to design in-product experimentation mechanisms where possible. She will analyze experiments and work with appropriate teams to determine how to document and productize. Basic Qualifications: * PhD in behavioral economics, behaviors psychology, or related field, or sufficient commercial experience to substitute * 5+ years applying behavioral sciences and/or change management programs in a commercial setting Preferred Qualifications: * Research and/or application of behavioral sciences to problems of work-life balance, organizational behavior, corporate collaboration tools (e.g. email, instant messaging) * Demonstrated end-customer backed design thinking * Experience designing and executing organizational change management programs * Experience applying behavioral
