· Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field · 3+ years of experience in a technical position · 3+ years of experience mentoring/coaching· Passionate about customers and new technology · Experience as a Team Lead or in Technical Support Quality Assurance · Demonstrated examples of process improvement execution · Demonstrated examples of a drive to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Experience working within the software
