Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security is looking for a passionate, innovative, results oriented technical program manager for the AWS Security team. AWS Security is responsible for driving innovative enhancements that raise the bar for how AWS employees interact with resources, systems, and data. This team dives deep into security technologies such as new authentication systems, hardware security components, cryptography, system hardening, and massive-scale audit analysis. The objective of this program is to define the innovative preventative, detective and monitoring mechanisms to enable security at scale. The successful candidate is one who loves working directly with software developers to understand their needs, and design security systems and solutions that enable developers to operate more effectively, securely and safely. · 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles; technical program management, systems architecture, or system development · 7+ years of experience with software development lifecycle from conception to delivery · 5+ years of project management experience and demonstrated knowledge of program management best practices · 5+ years of experience with engagement and working with security stakeholders · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, mathematics, or other related fields · Have a clear understanding of cloud computing services/deployment architecture. ·
