We are seeking an AWS Salesforce Program Manager for Executive Briefing Center (EBCs) who will report to the AWS Salesforce team in the GBO (Global Business Operations) organization. This candidate would own and execute projects for the AWS EBC team, which is part of the Sales Strategy and Operations organization. Candidates must possess a strong business acumen and have the ability to work directly with various internal customers to gather and understand business requirements along with their related
· Bachelor’s degree · · 5+ years previous experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com · · Understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce.com architecture · · In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support, etc. · · Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users · · Technical project management experience · · Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills · ·
