AWS Marketplace helps customers find, buy, and immediately start using software and services that run on the AWS Cloud. Our job is to bring Amazon's e-commerce expertise to cloud software and fundamentally change how software is discovered and consumed in the cloud. We have a long list of new ideas just waiting to be designed and implemented. AWS Marketplace is looking for an experienced Program Manager to own the development and execution of the relationship between AWS Marketplace Channel Programs and the Amazon Partner Network (APN). Your responsibilities will include partnering with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Consulting Partners, and internal teams to build scalable enablement, and go-to-market programs that target Consulting and ISV Partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for articulating/delivering the value proposition of why partners should invest in the AWS Marketplace relationship in parallel to the APN, and also coordinate/team with APN Program Management
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent · 5-7 years program management and/or business development experience. · Experience managing relationships with consulting and software companies. · Deep understanding of various ISV and Consulting partner business models. · Deep understanding of Partner Programs and AWS Partner Network (APN). · Strong verbal and written communications skills. · Strong presentation skills . · MBA, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. · Knowledge of eCommerce and/or cloud computing. · Prior experience working in the cloud based partner ecosystem.
