Global Business Operations (GBO) is a diverse team that supports infrastructure and other foundational initiatives that span and support Sales, Marketing and related Support teams within AWS. AWS’ growth is driving a rapid expansion of its world-wide sales team and the need for an experienced Salesforce.com (SFDC) Program/Project Manager to drive automation of processes and leverage the platform to support additional business functions. This candidate would own a broad portfolio based on a roadmap they define in order to execute projects for the AWS Global Marketing Automation team. They would coordinate with other teams including Sales, Business Development,
· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years previous experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com · Extensive background with proven results in Sales/Marketing operations and program management · Solid understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce architecture · In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application coupled with good understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support, Communities, etc. · Strong business acumen, business analysis, functional experience including requirements gathering, and creating/deploying
