We are seeking a Market-to-Sell (MTS) Business Capabilities Leader that will report to the head of Sales Systems and Data within the Field Operations organization and establish a systems architecture and corresponding standards for Worldwide Commercial Operations (WWCO) that promotes simplicity while offering world-class capabilities that scale with business growth. AWS’ rapid rate of growth necessitates the standardization, rationalization, and maturation of enabling tools that will scale effectively
· BA/BS Degree required; advanced degree preferred · 15+ years of experience in marketing operations and/or sales operations · Fluency in demand generation process and working with key stakeholders across Corporate Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Field Marketing, Telemarketing, Demand Generation, Inside Sales, and Field Sales · Proven track record implementing cloud-based, MarTech tools used to create integrated sales-and-marketing business capabilities · Understands and has experience working within direct and indirect (channel/partner) selling models · Self-starter who can operate independently
