The AWS Central Financial Planning and Analysis org offers a fast-paced, team-focused, dynamic environment that provides many challenging opportunities for developing your financial and analytical skill sets. The team is responsible for managing financial rhythms of the business, including the annual operating plan, long range plan, regular forecast process, and for providing analytical support to senior management. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to drive process coordination across the other AWS Finance teams. This role will partner with the finance and system teams across the business to deliver insightful reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a strong curiosity to understand the business end-to-end, proactively dive into issues as they arise, and have a track record of developing relationships and earning trust with stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include: · Own the planning calendar and deliverables · Develop and maintain key reporting metrics and build forecast models
