· 7+ years of hands-on experience operating large-scale, production systems. · Experience working in a customer-facing technology role.· 7+ years of hands-on experience operating large-scale, production big data and analytics systems · 5+ years experience with distributed architecture design, deployment and administration · Broad knowledge of the data and analytics technology software ecosystem and related products · Experience writing and publishing technical documents · Experience designing and building secure, scalable SaaS products · Passion for a broad set of technologies related to the cloud
