AWS’s Infrastructure Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Research Analyst that will help with defining and implementing broad based diverse talent intelligence and sourcing initiatives within our Infrastructure recruiting organization. We are seeking a Market Intelligence Research Analyst who will possess a strong passion for providing mission critical information, developing insights, and setting up analytical reports, all to scale our fast growing business with diverse talent. You will have the ability to think critically, act tactically, write effectively and display strong analytical skills. You will also have excellent communication skills in order to be able to work with our recruiters to develop and define key research targets, create research reports, and present findings to our internal customers, the recruiting teams. · 3+ years of research, project management, or related experience · Experience with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint · Technically capable of utilizing multiple research tools and systems (databases, applications, research sites, Candidate Relationship Management) · University degree or equivalent work experience · Strong oral and written communication skills· Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills · Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment · SQL skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms · Familiarity with
