· Bachelor’s degree · 2-4 years in customer-facing operations and program management roles · Success in learning and understanding online tools and systems · A proven track record of driving productivity metrics and efficiencies · Ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver insights to resolve issues · Demonstrated customer obsession and the ability to work from the customer backwards · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Demonstrated ability for being detail-oriented, self-motivated and driving follow-through · Strong business acumen and judgement· Experience working in media
