Amazon’s legal department is looking for a talented Associate Contracts Manager based in Seattle to support Amazon Fashion. A successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. Your responsibilities will include working with the business to review marketing collateral and other customer-facing and publicity messaging; negotiating and documenting a variety of third party contractual relationships, including promotion agreements, creative services agreements, master services agreements, license agreements and NDAs; developing internal processes to track transactions from beginning to end; and coordinating with clients
· 3+ years contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department · Bachelor’s Degree · Previous in-house legal experience a plus · Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines · Excellent written and oral communication skills
