· 5+ years of cumulative experience in Industrial or Commercial MEP model and drawing production of critical facilities · 5+ Years’ experience using Revit for producing engineering models and drawings · Ability to carry drawing standards through exploration, development, and into deployment/mass production · Familiarity with AIA and NBIMS standards and best practices for BIM collaboration · 3+ Years’ experience applying continuous Improvement methodologies, practices and concepts to modeling and design work (ex: LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen) · Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, mechanical
