TP Business Intelligence and Fraud Prevention is seeking a highly-collaborative Applied Scientist who is experienced, resourceful, and able to work independently under tight time constraints. The ideal candidate will use statistical and machine learning techniques to create scalable systems and work closely with software engineering to drive real-time model implementations and deployable automated fraud and abuse solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
· Master’s or PhD in Computer Science (Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or equivalent) · · 3+ years of practical experience applying ML to solve complex problems · Expertise in one of the applied science disciplines, such as machine learning, voice recognition, natural language processing, computer vision or robotics · 1+ years experience with math/stats software (R, Matlab, SAS, Stata) or other domain specific software· Track record of innovation through ML and statistical approaches applied to business problems. · Proficient in SQL and proficient in one scripting language (e.g., Python or Perl)
