In this position, you will have the opportunities to work with the most reputable researchers and scientists from Bing and Microsoft Researcher, focusing on many challenging natural language processing problems, such as user query understanding, dialogue understanding and management and open domain question and answering. You will need to define problems according to real user scenarios, design experiments, and figure out effective and efficient solutions. You will learn and leverage the state-of-the-art machine learning, deep learning and NLP technologies to solve these challenges.
•BS in Computer Science, Masters/PhD a plus •3+ years of design and coding experience •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Results-oriented free thinkers with ability to socialize and drive their ideas into the technology are highly desired •Knowledge of machine learning and NLP is a plus
