Amazon Air is seeking highly motivated individuals to innovate, manage, and create new air and ground solutions to delight our customers. Success requires partnership with third party vendors and other Amazon business units across our North America Fulfillment network. The Program Manager will be responsible to identify, design, develop, and execute new processes that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and decrease costs. This position will work with ground handlers across multiple airports to develop scalable long-term solutions to improve customer experience and gateway financial performance. This position will require effective communication with managers, peers and team members to drive effective solutions. The selected candidate will provide team and business partners with necessary tools, resources and training to meet or exceed all operational performance goals and improve operational metrics.
