The Account Manager is an experienced, knowledgeable, and customer-obsessed professional who will work with a portfolio of mid-market merchant accounts as their primary point of contact and tactical business manager within Amazon Pay. Your responsibilities are to strengthen relationships and deepen engagement with your managed accounts by creating regular and frequent touchpoints, increasing the number of points of contact, influencers, and known stakeholders inside each merchant's organization, and defining and developing multiple merchant personas within each

· 5+ years of work experience · Success managing dynamic account portfolios · Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills. · Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid and large merchants · History of effectively managing external customers and successfully working with internal teams to build new capability and implement projects · Show independence and flexibility in dealing with multiple complex issues · Accomplished range of skill from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed team leadership · Ability to execute on programs and projects
