The Existing Seller Development (ESD) team is looking for a superstar Account Manager with a passion for solving ambiguous problems and working cross-functionally. As an organization, ESD-Account Manager is in a unique position to be highly influential; driving dialog and nurturing opportunities with Amazon Sellers and Vendors. The Account Manager is the voice of the selling partner. The AM will manage a pipeline of high value selling partner accounts with goals related to customer experience based on availability of selection. The Account Manager will engage selling partners to identify blockers to ideal selling partner behavior pertaining fulfillment and educate them about the tools, policies and best practices to achieve the same. You will also represent the selling partner’s view and concerns to internal stakeholders within Amazon to drive product and process enhancements. 1. Minimum of 4-6 years professional account management experience 2. Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including SalesForce, MS Excel, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint. 3. Relationship Management and Negotiation skills 4. Problem-solving passion and service orientation 5. Attention to detail; you prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep 6. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 1. Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions 2. Success
