Account Executive - Fulfillment Sales Team Lead Sales of products by third-party sellers on Amazon represent more than half of units sold. As an organization, Amazon’s Existing Seller Development organization is in a unique position to be highly influential; driving dialog and nurturing opportunities with Amazon Customers, Amazon Category teams, and Amazon Sellers. As a result of strong business growth within the Marketplace, we are looking for a Sales Leader to lead a business development sales team that focuses on Prime Fulfillment adoption of third-party Sellers on Amazon Canada and to identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts. The role is focused on leading a team that works with top sellers on the platform, driving for greater adoption, retention and account penetration of programs like Fulfilled by Amazon and Seller Fulfilled Prime. • 5+ years professional leadership experience with proven managerial background • Program management experience • Business development / Sales team experience • Sales Experience with relationship management and negotiation skills • Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions • Problem-solving passion and service orientation • Project management skills • Bachelor's Degree and MBA • Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint
