· At least 3 years of experience as a user experience designer · Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. · An online portfolio with at least three case studies that demonstrate a thorough understanding of a user centered design process · A strong track record of iterative design, working closely with customers, business partners, and developers throughout the entire product lifecycle · Ability to drive the design review cycle and lead closure on design requirements · Experience in web and native apps and mobile first design approaches·
