Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented and passionate user experience designer to help lead UX design for a new initiative. AWS is a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon.com, and is home to massive technologies that fuel hundreds of thousands of businesses in 190 countries around the world. We are looking for an innovative UX designer to invent groundbreaking experiences and contribute to the design direction for a brand new initiative. In this role, you will work with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other UX designers to conceptualize and create great user experiences for AWS customers. You will own major deliverables end-to-end, influence the product roadmap, and help set the team’s design strategy. · 4+ years of industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar digital product design-related role. · 4+ years of experience working in direct collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders for implementation of designs · Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or commensurate professional experience. · 3+ years of experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wire-frames for complex web applications and/or workflows. · An online portfolio demonstrating samples of enterprise application work
