· 7+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role · 3+ years of experience leading teams of designers and researchers · A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating human-centered design solutions and showing your ability to turn ideas into a strong and unique creative vision · Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, or related field · Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques · Demonstrated experience with building user interfaces across a range of platforms including desktop
