Your customers will be all of the different types of Amazon employees throughout the world. We’re innovating on one of the most complex integration systems in the world – ensuring that our employees have a secure, responsive and user-friendly way of connecting to Amazon and one another, protecting personal and private employee data, and building core infrastructure that will be used and loved by teams throughout the company. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for driving the definition, design, development, and launch of the key initiatives associated with the most complex integration system. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, creative, demonstrated technical leader and hands-on contributor with superior analytical and program management abilities. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience · Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules · 5+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related technical program in a software development environment · Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units · Hands on Experience with designing technical solutions for HCM (Workday / PeopleSoft) · Experience with agile or other program management methodologies.
