· Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline (computer science or engineering preferred) · 3+ years of Program Management experience in large, cross-organizational projects prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines · Experience managing software or application development efforts · Experience working across multiple technical teams · Experience with designing technical solutions - broad technical breadth and depth including web services and back-end application infrastructure · Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention
