Amazon Advertising is seeking an exceptionally talented Sourcing Recruiting Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be part of an elite recruiting team and you will manage a team of top-flight sourcers, focused on candidate talent search for non-technical, high level talent. You will drive process improvement, strategy and professional development across our recruiting team. You will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.
·8+ years of recruitment/HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a recruiting team. · Track record of success in owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines. · Experience working with essential tools of the trade, including ATS, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools, along with coaching a recruiting team to deliver results across all channels. · Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team. · Demonstrated
