· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field · 10+ years of professional experience in software development/engineering · 3+ years of engineering management experience · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders · Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment · Familiarity with various software technologies, methodologies and applied software engineering practices/standards such as OOD, Java/J2EE, C++
