-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field -3+ years of experience in software development in Java or C++ -CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object oriented design and code quality verification -Experience with working in an Agile environment (SCRUM, RUP, XP) -Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field -Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions -Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers -Excellent
