The platform also powers the licensing business for millions of customers large and small, enabling them to use Microsoft software and services across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid scenarios. Contribute in debugging, troubleshooting complete stack of a service; drive analysis of a service outage to recommend solutions to solve problems permanently Builds scripting solutions to automate platform setup Review and influence ongoing design, architecture, standards and methods for operating services and systems; assess design and code changes to drive improvements Conduct periodic on call duties in a rotation Accountable for the rapid identification and recovery from service impacting outages and incidents. Identifies and coordinates technical personnel through phases of triage, diagnosis,
• A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience • 2+ years software development experience (online services preferred) • Good scripting/automation skills • Good C#, C++, C, .NET or Java coding skills • At least 2 years of previous experience working in a 24x7x365 production environment supporting critical real-time applications. • Able to work a flexible schedule during non-core business hours and be in the on-call schedule 24x7x365 days a year.
