Amazon's Global Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) is the organization that constantly makes high judgment decisions across a wide breadth of constituents. We build and deliver services for Buyers, Sellers, Vendors and other customers. Within CTPS, the Selling Partner Abuse team launches products and services that detect and prevent abuse on our store before it impacts a customer. We work with business partners across the organization to find and close gaps that lead to abuse and create and enforce selling policies that help ensure we have a fair marketplace. Our product and program managers work hand in hand with our engineering and science partners to develop and implement innovative solutions that help Sellers become successful and stop bad actors at scale, globally. We are looking for a Sr.Program Manager to help us drive the operational excellence of our operations teams. This leader will define and drive the operational metrics that measure the timeliness and quality of the

· Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience · Basic SQL skills. · High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information · Strong enthusiasm to provide superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders · 5+ years of program management experience, leading projects involving multiple stakeholders · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives. · Experience working in risk, fraud or compliance organizations. · Proficiency in extracting data from SQL, writing queries
