- 5+ years proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact. - Hands-on work experience with a variety of research methods (eg: field research, lab-based usability testing) and deliverables (eg: study plans, reports, personas) - End-to-end experience with all aspects of research process (study design, test creation, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) - BS or BA degree or equivalent industry experience - 7+ years proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact. - MS or Ph.D. in Human Factors, HCDE, Cognitive Psychology or similar. - Experience
