AWS Global Business Operations (GBO) is seeking a creative, dynamic and results driven program owner to help us support the Non-payment Suspension Process. This monthly process allows for GBO to partner with stakeholders across the AWS organization in order to drive down bad debt, while protecting our customers data and businesses. · 5+ years of relevant professional experience · Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Report Building, nested formulas, etc.) · Verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams across the organization ·Ability to produce deliverables under tight deadlines · Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, accounting, or a related field · Advanced skills in Excel including Macros · Attention to detail and excellent communication skills · Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels of the
