As a key member of the leadership team, the Sr. Business Operations Manager will architect and drive crucial operations. In this role, you will have critical and measurable impact in helping the WWOps Talent Acquisition organization win the talent market by defining how its recruiting efforts are delivered and implemented. This strategic position requires superior analytical strength, attention to detail, open communication and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment. In this role, the Sr. Program Manager will partner with WW Ops Talent Acquisition leadership team and a wide array of Amazon stakeholders to manage stakeholder communication, operational KPIs, budget, resources, and keep the organization aligned on core goals and deliverables. The role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to make sound judgement. · 8+ years of program management, project management, or business operations · Experience supporting several projects at one time delivering on-schedule · Bachelor’s degree · Strong writing and analytical abilities; Comfort with trend data analysis and · Ability to handle highly confidential information · Ability to analyze team health metrics independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed · Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and problem solve · Experience operating in a Recruiting or HR organization · Exceptional interpersonal and communication
